Guatemala City, Guatemala - March 30, 2025 Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus, are honored in a grand procession organized by the Cuasiparroquia Personal Castrense "San Miguel Arcángel" of the First Military Police Brigade "Guardia de Honor" of the Guatemalan Army. The event began in front of the Ministry of National Defense. The viacrucis procesional continued near Iglesia Yurrita in Zone 4. Participants carried images of Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus, with reverence. Students from the Escuela Técnica Militar de Aviación took part. They marched along the route, showing devotion to Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus. The Volunteer Firefighters Corps joined the procession too. They moved along Sixth Avenue, paying tribute to Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus. The route passed the Basilica of Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Crowds gathered to observe the sacred tradition honoring Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus. National Civil Police officers participated as well. They helped maintain order while respecting Jesus Christ and Mary, Mother of Jesus. Military units like the Mariscal Zavala Brigade and the Presidential Guard took turns. The procession concluded at Campo Marte.
