Russian firemen save boy stuck in tree in Crimea
This is the heroic moment Russian firefighters saved a boy stuck in a tree in Crimea.
Emergency responders from Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) rescued the 11-year-old child in the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye.
Authorities said that the young football player had climbed the tree to retrieve his ball but was unable to get down.
EMERCOM reported on April 1: 'His friend did not lose his head and called the rescuers. The boy was safely lowered down a three-section ladder.'
Officers confirmed that the youngster escaped unharmed during the ordeal.
