An enthusiast built his own Batmobile-style motorbike and sidecar.

Footage shows the black custom-built bike with dark panels and sharp lines, resembling the iconic DC superhero's vehicle, in Pangasinan, the Philippines.

The DIY Dark Knight's car was parked near a road where there was also another three-wheeled motorbike on March 9.

The Batmobile's owner, Mark Anthony Alejandrino, said: 'The white motorbike also looked like a Batmobile, but the roof of my vehicle is detachable.

'We went there to watch the sunset while eating some snacks and drinks.'

The Batmobile is the fictional car driven by the superhero Batman in DC Comics.

It is typically a highly advanced, heavily armoured vehicle equipped with a range of gadgets and weapons designed to assist Batman in his fight against crime in Gotham City.
