A driver of Toyota Tacoma heading westbound as I am, and Toyota was turning left into southbound but the driver of Toyota did not yield careful enough due to pickup with trailer blocking Toyota's visible. Toyota driver took the shot only to get surprised by Nissan Mirca - head on/t-bone collision has occurs right next to me. My dashcam only caught split second of the impact, aftermath is horribly - Toyota send Nissan for ditch and then drive through wooden fence and one of fence post went straight for Nissan's front windshield. Fortunately driver of Nissan was somehow missed it as it would have hit driver's head.

I'm a tow truck myself, when impact occurs I stopped to turn around to check with them, Nissan driver is bleeding a lot, I called paramedics and police and they took Nissan driver away for hospital but steady and nonthreaten condition. Everyone survived and walked off from this accident. Police then asked me to tow them away so I did. Turned out passenger of Toyota was telling the driver to turn....
