This is the impressive moment builders repaired a building using bamboo poles as scaffolding.

Footage shows four construction workers standing on the structure as they fix the Kuang Seafood banner in Bangkok, Thailand, on April 1.

The filmer said: 'I was impressed by the primitive bamboo scaffolding that builders were using to carry out repairs at this restaurant.

'Even though it looks like something from the jungle, it is lighter, easier to use, and more environmentally friendly than the galvanized steel used in the developed world. It looked just as safe.'

Bamboo scaffolding has been used for centuries, particularly in China and other parts of Asia, due to its strength, flexibility, and sustainability.

Despite modern construction techniques, it remains a popular and eco-friendly choice for building high-rise structures, especially in regions where bamboo is abundant, symbolizing both cultural heritage and sustainable building practices.
