Railway Police saved a woman jumped from a moving train in Gaya railway station,Bihar
A woman jumped from a moving train onto the platform no 1 at Gaya Junction,( Bihar) after which she was about to get under the train when the RPF and GRP personnel present at the station immediately caught her, however, the woman suffered a serious head injury during this.
The railway police took her to the railway hospital where the woman was treated.
The woman has been identified as Chameli Devi, wife of Baleshwar Mahato, a resident of Nawada district. It is said that the woman was coming from Gomo to Gaya by Nandan Kanan Express. But the woman fell asleep in the train and the train reached Gaya Junction, when the train was about to leave Gaya Junction, the woman woke up and hurriedly jumped off the train with her luggage and got injured during this.
