On March 6, in Xilingol, Inner Mongolia, a 1-year-old boy was playing when he was suddenly "attacked" by a group of young lambs at home. Some lambs placed their front legs on his shoulders, while others even jumped onto his back. Overwhelmed, the little boy nearly burst into tears.

According to the boy’s mother, the lambs were actually engaging in affectionate interaction. The flock has been an important part of his childhood, as he often plays and roughhouses with them, while the lambs actively seek interaction with their young owner.

Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia is known for its vast grasslands and rich livestock industry. Local herders have lived alongside sheep and cattle for generations, making the flocks not only a means of livelihood but also an integral part of family life. In this environment, children in pastoral areas grow up closely connected to their livestock, forming a natural bond from an early age.
