This is the terrifying moment a shocked motorbike rider pulled over when a snake appeared on the handlebars.
Bas Wissawa Srisaard was driving when he spotted a brown rat snake slithering in front of him in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand.
Footage shows the driver releasing his grip on the handlebars to prevent the reptile from coiling around his hand.
He then grabbed the right handlebar to park the vehicle on the side of the road and remove the animal.
Brown rat snakes are nonvenomous reptiles and do not pose a threat to humans.
