The cow owner and local residents had tried to evacuate the cow together with the residents for two hours but failed. Then the residents asked for help from the Fire Department, who finally managed to evacuate the cow safely in about 30 minutes. It is suspected that the cow fell into the well due to the character of calves who often jump so that they fall into the well.
