PROTESTORS GATHERED WHILE SOME HOLDING BANNERS, OCCASIONALLY CHANTING AND SOME PROTESTORS SPEAKING TO CROWD (TWO SHOTS) BERLIN, GERMANY - APR. 07, 2025: Over 100 people rallied on Monday, Apr. 07, in Berlin, Germany’s capital, to protest the deportation of four foreign Palestine activists, including three from European Union countries. The demonstration took place on Stresemann Street near the Berlin State Parliament, targeting the deportation order against one American, two Irish, and one Polish activist who had joined pro-Palestine rallies. Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and held banners with messages like “Berlin, you can’t deport them”, “Deportation without trial?”, “Where are the Nazis in the police?”, and “Germany doesn’t need the AfD, the fascists are already in power.” They shouted slogans against the German and Israeli governments, arguing that deporting the four supporters violated legal rights and stifled free expression.
