Footage shows the stray dog rubbing its body along the wall in a straight path, creating a white line mark.

Ninn, the black canine, often leans itself on the cemented fence while strolling through an alley in Rayong, Thailand.

The pooch can be seen running back and forth, seeking shade from the sun on March 19.

This caused a consistent streak, resembling the sacred serpent-like pattern associated with Thai beliefs in Naga spirits.

Locals speculated that the 'mysterious' line was lucky, with some of them looking for lottery numbers on the wall.

However, a resident revealed that Ninn caused the lines and that it was not a supernatural phenomenon.

She said: 'The dog has been doing this for over two years, which is why the streaks have become so prominent.'
