Eyal Zamir, today conducted a situation assessment and field tour of the Morag Axis area in the Gaza Strip and the combat areas of the Golani Brigade and Brigade 188 with the Commander of the Southern Command, Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor, Commander of Division 36, Brigadier General Moran Omer, and other commanders. The Chief of Staff spoke with the commanders and fighters of Division 36 operating in the field, and approved the operational plans for the continuation of the fighting.
