Strong winds rip tiles off building roof seeing them cascade like snow
On April 8, in Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province, the roof tiles of a building suddenly slid off all at once, cascading down like a blanket of snow.
Nearby shop owners speculated that the tiles may have aged and deteriorated, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
A representative from the Hancheng city government stated that strong winds caused the tiles to fall, and personnel have already been dispatched to handle the situation.
That morning, the Hancheng Meteorological Observatory had issued a blue-level wind warning, with gusts reaching level 7 and above.
