Worker Lifted by Hot Air Balloon Falls from 80 Feet During Show in Baran
A tragic accident took place this morning during a hot air balloon show at the Sports Complex in Baran. During the event, the rope meant to keep the balloon tethered to the ground snapped unexpectedly.
A worker who was holding onto the rope was suddenly lifted into the air along with the balloon. He lost his grip and fell from a height of nearly 80 feet.
The man sustained critical injuries and was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety arrangements at the event. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
