Passenger struggles to put suitcase in train's luggage shelf
A passenger struggling to place her suitcase in the overhead bin received unexpected help from a kind stranger.
Dea Triamelia boarded a journey from the capital Jakarta to Yogyakarta but her bags were too heavy and the shelves were high.
Footage shows Dea standing on one of the seats to help her reach the space and put her tote bag.
But her luggage was heavier and could not lift it up, before a Good Samaritan offered to assist her on April 6.
The traveller said: 'At that time, I wanted to go out of town from Jakarta to Yogyakarta.
'I brought a suitcase and a large tote bag. When I entered the train, there were only a few passengers, about three people, since it was still an hour before departure.
'I managed to get the tote bag into the train cabin, but when I tried to lift my suitcase, I had some difficulty.
'A man sitting three seats behind me offered help. I happily responded yes with a smile.
'I made sure to thank him, and he was seen leaving the train in a bit of a hurry.'
