Kindergartener’s “welding-style” defense in basketball game has everyone laughing
On April 8th in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, a group of kindergarten children were playing a basketball game when one little player stole the spotlight with a hilariously intense defensive move.
The child locked eyes on an opposing player and employed what onlookers playfully dubbed a “welding-style” defense—sticking to the opponent so closely that they were practically fused together. With arms spread wide and steps perfectly mirroring the other child, the young defender followed every move with laser focus, leaving no room to breathe.
Spectators couldn’t help but laugh at the child’s unwavering concentration and determination, finding the scene both adorable and amusing.
