This staggering level, nearly three times the legal limit, revealed extreme intoxication. Tampa Police highlighted the lethal threat of impaired driving. Every drunk driver risks the lives of families, friends, and officers on the road. The department called on the community to act. Their plea: never drive under the influence to keep Tampa’s streets safe.
