ANTALYA, TÜRKİYE - APRIL 11, 2025: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa on the sidelines of the 4th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2025) on Friday, April 11, in Antalya, Türkiye. The two leaders held a closed-door meeting at the hotel where Erdogan is staying. President Erdogan also held talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic, Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government President Nechirvan Barzani, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The three-day forum, which kicked off on Friday in the southern Turkish city of Antalya, is centered on the theme "Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World". The event brings together global leaders, policymakers, and experts to tackle critical global challenges, such as geopolitical tensions, inequality, violence, and climate change, while exploring ways diplomacy can restore stability and foster international cooperation.
