This is the shocking moment a speeding car crashed into a passing pickup truck.

The black sedan collided with the vehicle, causing it to swerve into the opposite lane on Ring Road 2 in Chiang Mai, Thailand, on February 23.

Dashcam footage captured by Jenny Jane shows the four-wheeler slamming into the rear end of the black pickup in front, while another speeding hatchback immediately swerved to the right to avoid a second collision.

The driver at fault can be seen uncontrollably crossing the middle road divider due to the impact.

Debris from both vehicles was scattered across the road.

Passing cars briefly stopped before continuing to drive away.

Jenny said: 'We don't know if the drivers' sustained injuries, but we hope they were okay.'

A police investigation is underway to determine whether there were any casualties from the incident.
