Recently in Wuhan, Hubei Province, several locals captured a humorous moment involving a young man riding a bicycle on the road — he used hand gestures as turn signals to alert vehicles behind him while changing lanes.

When preparing to turn left, the young man would raise his left arm high and wiggle his index finger to signal his intention. When turning right, he’d do the same with his right arm.

An eyewitness, Mr. Liu, said it was the first time he had seen someone using "manual turn signals" like that and found it quite amusing.
