Overloaded electric tricycle drives on road with head raising
Shocking video, fron China, of an overloaded electric tricycle driving on road with its head raising.
The CCTV footage, filmed in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province last Tuesday, shows the head of an electric tricycle raising up, when it is driving on road.
Policeman runs to stop it immediately.
For the reason that the electric tricycle was serious overloaded, the head of it raised up.
The driver was fined by police.
