GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE - APRIL 18, 2025: As Israeli forces continue their intense attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip and maintain the closure of border crossings since March 2, the already dire humanitarian crisis in the region has worsened significantly. The blockade has prevented the entry of vital aid supplies and fuel, leaving hundreds of thousands of Palestinians struggling for survival. In the heart of the Gaza Strip, at the Nuseirat Refugee Camp, local aid organizations have been distributing hot meals to displaced residents grappling not only with the devastation of war but also the severe shortage of basic necessities. The food distribution drew large crowds, with desperate families lining up in hopes of securing a meal. The overwhelming turnout led to chaotic scenes as people pushed through the crowd, highlighting the growing desperation among Gazans trapped under siege. The Israeli army renewed a deadly assault on Gaza on March 18, shattering a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took hold in January. More than 51,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza in ongoing Israeli genocide since October 2023, most of them women and children. The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
