This is the terrifying moment sudden gusts uprooted tents and slammed them into a building.

The strong winds blew through the area, lifting canopies that were covering vehicles in a car park in Bueng Kan, Thailand on April 21.

Footage shows the structures with their metal poles being hurled into the front of a property.

Shocked residents who were watching from a balcony screamed as the debris flew into their direction.

Other drivers fled the area with their cars as the extreme weather battered the area.

When the gusts died down a bit, residents rushed to check on the parked sedans.

They also disassembled the shelters to prevent further damage. No one was hurt.

The Thai Meteorological Department had forecasted hot daytime weather with isolated thundershowers and gusty winds across several provinces in Northeastern Thailand, including Bueng Kan.
