Bungling tourist rides rented motorcycle along central reservation
A bungling tourist was seen cruising along central reservation on her rented motorcycle.
Footage shows the female foreigner without a helmet riding on the grassy strip that separates two lanes in Phuket, Thailand.
She was wearing a red crop top shirt and an animal print skirt without safety gear on April 23.
Local drivers watched her from their cars as she broke traffic rules on a two-wheeler.
Onlooker Narinth Thinsakhu said: 'The woman drove on the median strip. I was surprised what she was doing. Does she think this is OK?'
Riding a motorcycle without a helmet is illegal in Thailand and anyone pulled over by the police faces a fine of up to 2,000 Baht (44.94 GBP).
