LONDON, UK - APRIL 25, 2025: Anzac Day commemoration ceremony was held in London on Friday, April 25, to mark the 110th anniversary of the Gallipoli Campaign. The ceremony took place at The Cenotaph in Whitehall, where the Duchess of Edinburgh, Sophie, represented the British Royal Family. She was joined by UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, as well as the Australian and New Zealand ambassadors to the United Kingdom. Together, they laid wreaths laid wreaths at the monument to honor the soldiers who lost their lives. The ceremony continued with a moment of silence, hymns, and prayers, attended by many military officials and diplomatic representatives. Anzac Day commemorates the anniversary of Australian and New Zealand soldiers' landing in Gallipoli on April 25, 1915.
