US, Los Angeles: Pomona Pedestrian Struck in Hit and Run Crash
Los Angeles, United States - April 27, 2025 04/27/2025 12:20 am (GMT-0700) POMONA, Calif. – Pomona police and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a traffic collision involving a pedestrian in the 1000 block of East Phillips Boulevard. One victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. The vehicle that struck the pedestrian fled the scene in an unknown direction. At the time of the crash, multiple people were leaving a nearby party. It is unclear if the pedestrian was struck while leaving the event. Authorities closed both eastbound and westbound lanes of East Phillips Boulevard as they investigated the collision.
