Rickshaw and bus collide injuring driver and passengers in India
This is the shocking moment a rickshaw and a bus collided, leaving the driver and passengers wounded in India.
Four individuals were injured following a crash between the three-wheeler and a City Link bus at a junction in Gangapur, Maharashtra.
CCTV footage shows the rickshaw crossing the highway when it was rammed by a speeding four-wheeler on April 24.
The public transport vehicle can be seen smashing into the tuk-tuk, trapping it against the centre of the road and damaging a traffic post upon impact.
The victims were reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital, and police are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
Locals blamed the City Link bus driver for the accident, accusing him of reckless driving. They also alleged that drivers from the company have been frequently violating traffic signals and road rules in recent days, resulting in a rise in accidents.
On April 17, six passengers aboard a rickshaw died on the spot when the vehicle collided with a Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) bus.
