Huge octopus clings to woman's hand on beach
This is the amusing moment a huge octopus clung to a woman's hand on a beach.
Footage shows three locals standing on the rocky shore as the sea creature attempts to escape from a pink bucket in Zhejiang, China.
One of the women can be seen removing the tentacles of the animal, which persistently clings to her arm on April 28.
Moments later, the octopus eventually gives in and settles inside the container.
An octopus arm can contain as many as 240 suction cups, each with the ability to grip surfaces on its own. Just one suction cup can support up to 7 lbs (3.2 kg), so when combined, the overall gripping power is remarkably strong.
