On an evening walk at Royd Moor View Point, Caitden was feeling down, opening up about her mental health to someone close to her. As she descended the steep hill, she spotted two baby lambs with their mother. At first, they simply watched. Then, out of nowhere, they began running the entire length of the field, straight toward her.

Instinctively, Caitden pulled out her phone just in time to capture the moment that made everything bad disappear. Though she couldn’t cross the fence for a cuddle, she walked away in complete awe, feeling lighter than before.

i took an evening walk to see the sunset at in Penistone at Royd Moor View Point, on my way back down home i was feeling really quite down with my mental health and was speaking to someone close to me about it. as i walked further down this very steep hill, i noticed these 2 lambs baa'ing with their mum beside them and then as i kept walking, they seemed to be running and headed right towards me, so i got my phone out just incase they were. this is where i accidentally captured the moment that genuinely made everything bad i was feeling just disappear, it was like a sign and such a wholesome moment. i couldn't get behind the fence for cuddles or to take them home with me unfortunately, but as i walked away they started running back up to their mama and i was just in complete awe the whole evening
