Vancouver, Canada - April 28, 2025 A Call For Unity and Healing Complete Video - Lapu-Lapu Tragedy in Vancouver BC with voice comments from James Cousineau, Journalist, Actor/Comedian and Business Executive in Metro Vancouver. James once witnessed a person intentionally attempt to run two of his friends and himself down in the streets of Vancouver, which resulted in one of his closest childhood friends being struck and killed. Decades later, he still lives with the experience of watching as his friend was intentionally run down and killed. Although James performed CPR at the scene and was able to restore a heartbeat and breathing, Alex only survived an additional 5 days before succumbing to the extensive traumatic injuries. He wants the message to get out to the victims and families that it is OK, to not be OK and to reach out for help. He calls for the entire community to show that this tragedy will only bring us closer and not allow it to divide. For the community to honour all victims and families by honoring the lives of those impacted and sharing the good in the victims who will watch down from above for us to continue a path for a better tomorrow for all.
