Israel - April 29, 2025 An indictment was filed against a well-known singer in the Arab community, three musicians from the Palestinian territories of Judea and Samaria, and a driver from Wadi Ara after they were arrested during a police operation in the town of Daliyat al-Carmel. The indictment states that the four entered Israel illegally to participate in a wedding and were caught inside a vehicle with tens of thousands of shekels in cash. The indictment also includes a request to confiscate the vehicle used to transport them, which is estimated to be worth hundreds of thousands of shekels, and a request to extend their detention until the end of legal proceedings against them.
