This is the shocking moment a driver crashes into a cow that jumped from a lorry and survives to flee.
Dashcam footage shows the bovine seemingly leaping off the top of a small lorry from the opposite direction, landing on the road before falling over.
The motorist slams on the brakes but is unable to avoid hitting the farm animal in Heilongjiang, China. The vehicle makes contact with the cow, which then gets back on its feet and walks to the side of the road as the video clip ends.
Reports said the creature was injured in the incident, and the front of the car was left damaged on April 27.
It remains unclear what happened to the cow afterwards.
