This is the dramatic moment hero locals caught a girl jumping from a burning building in India.
Terrifying footage shows the young woman leaping from the fifth floor of an apartment while kind-hearted locals catch her with a mattress.
Reports said that the massive fire started in the air conditioning system of a flat in Aatrey Orchid Society, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Tuesday, April 29.
Authorities confirmed that five individuals jumped from the structure to escape the flames and have been admitted to the hospital. One of them is reported to be in critical condition.
Ten fire brigade vehicles and five ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
