Angry fish splashes owner for forgetting to feed it - phone ends up in pond
On April 26 in Fuyang, Anhui, a man was sitting beside a fish pond eating while looking at his phone when, having forgotten to feed the fish, one of them suddenly splashed water at him with its tail in apparent protest. The man was startled, and his phone was knocked into the pond by the splash.
According to the man, he has a routine of feeding the fish while eating beside the pond, and the fish are used to waiting for food. That day, he was too focused on his phone and forgot to feed them—he believes the fish got upset and splashed him to remind him. He quickly retrieved the phone, which fortunately was still working.
