Yingkou, China - May 05, 2025 On May 5, 2025, a dramatic rescue took place when a horse became trapped in a muddy pit while grazing. The horse, enjoying a peaceful moment eating grass, suddenly found itself stuck, with its body completely submerged below the abdomen. The four legs were unable to move, leaving the horse helpless. The owner, frantic with worry, quickly called for help from the Yingkou Fire Department. A team of firefighters arrived at the scene and decided to use a unique approach. They tied ropes together in a long chain, working together as if in a tug-of-war to pull the horse free. The horse, though frightened, cooperated well, following its owner’s calming voice. After carefully waiting for the right moment, the firefighters successfully pulled the horse out of the mud, rescuing it safely.
