Stubborn Goose Blocks Traffic, Stares Down Minivan in Virginia
MANASSAS, Va. — A bold goose halted traffic in Manassas on May 6 after standing in the middle of the road and refusing to yield to an oncoming minivan.
Video from the scene shows the goose staring directly at the vehicle, unfazed by its size or presence. The driver waited patiently as the bird held its ground.
After several moments, the goose casually walked away to meet another goose nearby.
The brief standoff offered a lighthearted reminder that wildlife sometimes makes the rules on local roads.
