Pakistan: Indian strike heavily damages mosque in Pakistan-administered Kashmir

The strike marks a sharp escalation in tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbors following the April 22 attack in Pahalgam, Indian-administered Kashmir, which left 26 people dead. India has blamed Pakistan for the incident, citing alleged cross-border links. Pakistan has denied the accusations. New Delhi said it exercised its “right to respond and preempt” further attacks.
