Our obligation as the concessionaire is to maintain a specific level of service, which means that if demand grows, we are required to continue investing accordingly….” LIMA, PERU - MAY 7, 2025: Peru is set to inaugurate the new Jorge Chavez International Airport in the capital Lima on June 1, the country’s largest air infrastructure project. The terminal, which is three times bigger than the existing one, is designed to serve as a regional hub for air travel in South America. With an investment of over $2 billion, the new facility is expected to handle up to 40 million passengers annually by the end of 2025. Operated by Lima Airport Partners, the airport incorporates advanced technology and aims to boost Peru’s regional connectivity.
