A man who bought some property during the first phase of a buidling project has been caught on camera smashing up the architect's models after he was reportedly told he couldn't visit the property without being accompanied by a salesperson.

The video, filmed in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province on May 25, shows the angry man kicking the models over in a showroom, damaging £20,000 worth of work.

According to reports, when the property company refused to let him visit a sample room without being accompanied by a salesperson, he lost his stuff and began smashing up the scale building designs.

Police are now investigating the incident.

In the video, filmed in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province on May 25, a man walks among the building models and kicks them down.

According to local reports, the male customer was a proprietor of the first phase project.

Since the property company refused him to visit the sample room without companioning by the salesperson, he was emotional and smashed the building models.

It was estimated that the models were worth at least 20,000 GBP. While, the case has been passed to police.
