A pet turtle wiggled his shell appearing to be ticklish whenever being touched.

Footage shows the ten-month-old sulcata named Poepia shaking the lower part of his body as Noey Rewadee gently stroked his back.

Poepia appeared look for a spot to hide on the sofa before dashing away.

Noey said the African spurred reptile's shell is a bit sensitive since he is still growing.

She said: 'Poepia was very ticklish. He immediately ran to hide from me.'
