US, Los Angeles: Valley Village Water Main Break Causes Flooding in North Hollywood
Los Angeles, United States - May 08, 2025 05/08/2025 10:00 am GMT-0700 VALLEY VILLAGE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of flooding at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Radford Avenue in North Hollywood. Upon arrival, firefighters found water erupting from the middle of the street. Investigating the situation, they discovered that a water main break caused the flooding. Dirt and debris emerged from the broken asphalt, forming a sinkhole. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power was also called to the scene, and efforts to shut off the water were ongoing.
