Loud explosions heard in Barkingside
Footage has emerged of the moment a large explosion was heard on Sunday night in Barkingside, London, UK.
According to the filmer, three explosions were heard that night, with flash of light before them.
"I have a theory that it was a meteorite," the filmer wrote online.
"If it had been a land-based explosion there would be damage somewhere but so far no damage."
"It was too loud to be a firework that's for sure fireworks don't shake houses," he continued.
"I think it's not supersonic aircraft as a sonic boom does not give of light.
"I think it was a merotite burning up in the atmosphere it would give of light and cause a sonic boom."
