UK: Tom Cruise Shocks London With Daring Rooftop Stunt On BFI Imax Cinema
London, United Kingdom - May 11, 2025 On May 11, social media user Honey posted a video showing Hollywood actor Tom Cruise standing on the roof of the BFI IMAX cinema in central London. They reported, “Tom C. stood on the roof of the BFI IMAX cinema in central London filming something with a drone yesterday (11th May) evening at 8pm. I presume it was related to the Mission Impossible press because the IMAX currently is wrapped in a giant Mission Impossible advert poster.” The dramatic moment sent fans into a frenzy. Tom Cruise, 62, stunned London crowds with the high-altitude stunt just days before the release of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. The cinema building, one of the largest in the UK, was completely covered in a promotional poster for the upcoming film. According to Deadline, a source close to the actor confirmed it was indeed Cruise on the rooftop. The Top Gun: Maverick star is currently promoting what appears to be his final film in the Mission: Impossible saga. He recently visited South Korea and Japan, attending red carpets and press events. Next, he is set to appear at the Cannes Film Festival in France to debut the film. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is scheduled to hit theaters on May 23.
