United States - May 10, 2025 Wekiva, Florida - Elizabeth "Sis" Young sat in a wheelchair by the roadside, waving as police cars passed. Sirens blared and lights flashed to celebrate her 106th birthday. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office marked the occasion with a heartfelt gesture.
