Rescued dog jumps into police car driver's seat
A lost pet dog wandering on an interstate highway was rescued by police - then jumped into the driver's seat of the patrol car.
Action camera footage shows the pooch being befriended by Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant Brett Claxon in Canton on May 8.
The sergeant said: 'Hi buddy, you want more treats? It's okay, come here.'
The officer guided the canine into his car and hopped into the driver's seat.
It was taken to safety and later reunited with its owner.
An Ohio State Highway Patrol officer said: 'We're happy to report that our furry friend was safely returned to its owner.'
