US: Mexican navy ship crashes into Brooklyn Bridge in New York City

According to fire officials and local sources, the vessel, which was carrying a crew of 277, struck the road deck of the bridge, leaving multiple crew members seriously injured. While the bridge remained open to vehicular traffic, maritime operations in the area were temporarily suspended. An investigation into the cause of the collision is currently underway.
