Los Angeles, United States - May 19, 2025 05/18/2025 11:30 pm GMT-0700 VERMONT SQUARE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Division officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of 57th Street and Hoover Street. Upon arrival, they discovered at least eight shell casings on the street but did not find any victims at the scene. Shortly after, Los Angeles Fire Department Rescue 46 reported that an individual had arrived at the fire station with gunshot wounds. Paramedics immediately began to render aid to the male, who was subsequently transported to an area hospital in unknown condition. LAPD's Southwest Division and 77th Division units were notified so they could begin their investigation into the incident.
