US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Man Shoots Woman While Allegedly Cleaning Gun
Bakersfield, United States - May 19, 2025 05/18/2025 10:25 pm GMT-0700 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A woman is being treated for a gunshot wound after she was allegedly shot in the back by a man believed to be her boyfriend. She sustained moderate injuries. Authorities received reports of the incident around 10:25 p.m. in the 3400 block of Leslie Lane. The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating the firearm discharge. The woman was treated at the scene by the Bakersfield Fire Department and Hall Ambulance. No other details are available at this time.
