Motorist drives with chair on head while carrying baby
This is the moment a motorist drove along a road with a chair on his head while carrying a baby.
Footage captured by Seyhassneth Heng shows the rider balancing the wooden stool on top of his head while navigating the outer lane of the motorway in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
A toddler, strapped to his body, can be seen sitting in front on May 19.
Seyhassneth expressed concern upon witnessing the dangerous situation.
She said: 'It was too risky to drive that way and they might get into an accident for that.'
Under Cambodian traffic law, carrying oversized objects or overloading vehicles in a manner that compromises safety is considered a violation.
The Traffic Law of Cambodia prohibits carrying children under the age of three in the front seat of a motorcycle without proper safety precautions. Violators may be fined or face other penalties for endangering passengers and causing potential road hazards.
