Info from Licensor: "My partner came down from the apartment to walk my chihuahua, Chloe. I had just come home from work and wanted to surprise them. I parked in my building's garage, and went directly outside to sit on a public bench along the path we usually walk Chloe. As Chloe got closer, she kept sniffing the air and looking around, but continued walking. She walked right past me and stopped to smell the woman sitting on the bench in front of me. She then turned around, and stands there sniffing into the air. At this point, she’s facing me directly but still doesn’t recognize me. She slowly walks up to smell me and immediately goes crazy wagging her tail because she recognized me."
